In opdracht van het Natuurhistorisch Museum Rotterdam werd in aansluiting op het Eurovision Songfestival 2021 een alternatieve zangwedstrijd georganiseerd voor de zangvogels in de stad. De deelnemers werden geïntroduceerd via video’s waarin zij de stad verkennen. Het publiek kon vervolgens via een website op hun favoriet stemmen. De winnende vogel werd bekend gemaakt tijdens een live radio-uitzending van NPO Radio 2.

In collaboration with the Natuurhistorisch Museum Rotterdam, an alternative singing competition was organized for the city’s songbirds during the Eurovision Song Contest 2021. The participants were introduced through videos in which they explored the city. The public could then vote for their favorite via a website. The winning bird was announced during a live radio broadcast of NPO Radio 2.
